The company was established in 2013 as a small business in trade. Due to the steady growth of orders and rapid increase in work, a company called MECHANIC-SYSTEM s.r.o. was established 8 years later.

We specialize in the assembly of structures, industrial technologies, pipelines and disassembly of a similar type.
We provide ongoing maintenance and repairs in industrial and petrochemical plants.
We weld and produce a variety of steel, aluminium and stainless steel structures.

Assembly and dissassembly

We carry out assembly of structures, halls, platforms, bridges, water and material transport pipelines.

Assembly of industrial technologies – compressors, cyclones, filters, transport systems, chimneys, production lines, HVAC, solar panels, and many more.

We also carry out disassembly of a similar type.

Our assemblers regularly undergo professional training and certification for riggers, overhead cranes, slinger work and work at height.

Industrial maintenance and service

We carry out maintenance of industrial equipment in factories and petrochemical refineries.

We carry out maintenance of machines, machinery, presses, hydraulics, conveyors, and pipelines.

We service various production belts, milling machines, cutters, chippers, dryers, and more.

Our mechanics regularly undergo SCC certification (Certificate of Occupational Safety).

Welding and production

We produce various structures from steel, stainless steel, and aluminium.

We specialize mainly in staircases, railings, gates, fences, pergolas, or footbridges and similar.

We also carry out serial welding of components for machines and excavators, such as buckets, forks or grabs.

We weld using MIG/MAG, MMA and TIG methods.

If necessary, we can arrange truck transport of manufactured components even abroad.

Our welders are holders of the state examination of welders.
